A simple way to stay independent, while still having people around you.
19 May 2026 (Tuesday) | Zoom Live | 1:00PM – 4:00PM
Free registration. No commitment.
For many people, living alone just feels like the easiest option.
You don’t want to trouble your children. You’re not ready for a nursing home. And other options don’t feel suitable.
So you continue living alone.
But over time, things slowly change.
Less conversation, less daily interaction
Even small things become tiring over time
Especially during emergencies
Too restrictive, too expensive, or too early
A way to stay independent, without having to live alone every day.
Senior Co-Living is a different way of living.
You still have your own space and independence. But you’re surrounded by people, daily interaction, and support when needed.

Where: Live on Zoom

Vicky works closely with seniors and individuals in Malaysia who are starting to think about how they want to live in the next stage of life. Some are already retired, while others are simply planning ahead and looking for a better, more meaningful lifestyle.
Many of them are still independent and capable, but begin to realize that living alone may not feel the same over time. At the same time, moving into a traditional nursing home often feels too early, too restrictive, or not aligned with how they want to live.
Through MEC Lifestyle, Vicky focuses on creating a more balanced alternative. People can continue living independently while still having daily interaction, simple activities, and a more engaging routine.
Her work is grounded in real-life situations, helping both individuals and families make practical decisions that improve safety, connection, and overall quality of life.
This is not about forcing a decision.
It’s about helping you understand what’s available.
